My company is seeking to expand our home buying business throughout the state of SC as well as NC and GA in 2014. We mainly work with distressed sellers, who may have incurred some financial difficulties, buy their homes from them, and act as liaisons between distressed sellers and individuals who have a home-buyer's mentality, yet some credit difficulties and structure creative financing deals, creating a win-win situation for both parties. Besides creative financing, we also specialize in wholesaling homes and are getting into doing our own prehabs as well as rehabs/fix and flips.
