Personal Background: Mary first caught the “real estate bug” with the purchase of her first 2 family homes in 1976. While living in one unit and renting out the other, she purchased two more duplexes by 1984, always living in one of the units. She has been involved in real estate in various ways ever since. Mary earned her real estate brokers license in February of 1986 and started selling properties for Realty World Charles Realty in Racine. They later became part of the Coldwell Banker team. In 1991, she was hired as a Real Property Lister with the Land Information Office for the County of Kenosha. Her job in that office provided a broad range of real estate related experience. In that office, Mary interacted daily with appraisers, surveyors, attorneys, REALTORS® and contractors. She worked closely with the departments of the Assessor, Planning & Development, Register of Deeds, Treasurer and Information Systems. Her duties included the processing of property transfers and maintaining the county tax rolls and GIS Maps. In January of 2014, Mary retired from Kenosha County and is now a full-time broker associate with the Racine Coldwell Banker office. Education and Training Retired from Kenosha County in January 2014 and is now a full-time REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Racine.
