Federal Gear is capable of producing many types of specialized gears including: helicals, double helicals, spurs/internal spurs, bevels, worms and worm gears to exacting standards and sizes that range from less than 1 inch to over 8 feet in diameter. We also cut gear or spline teeth on shafts up to 40 inches OD and 16 feet in length.
