Gulf of Maine Boat Surveyors provides consulting services including refitting, repowering, or major systems repair. We also work with the builder or repair facility to schedule visits and inspections at crucial points in the process. We then report back to you, with recommendations that may be necessary and/or approve the work to proceed. We also conduct surveys of pleasure vessels, both power and sail, as well as commercial vessels within the guidelines of ABYC Standards and U.S.C.G. requirements adhering to the code of ethics of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS).
