Wirkkala Marine Inc., was started to provide vessel construction, modification, outfitting, rigging, vessel transportation, and service for a growing fleet of family owned commercial fishing vessels. Wirkkala Marine specializes in fiberglass and aluminum repair and fabrication, engine and propulsion installation, mechanic services, and electrical and hydraulic systems installation and repair. In addition, Wirkkala Marine also contracts with government agencies for research and consulting pertaining to commercial fishing practices.
