IHIA is an information site meant for the entertainment of its visitors and a tool for them to plan activities with their family and friends in the state of Alabama. The site contains listings of upcoming concerts, events, festivals and the top 110 Attractions that were selected from a popular vote by the followers. There is information on fishing, hunting, camping and outdoor activities. There is a lot of "off the beaten path" information on the site and a blog written by Janet Kynard of her travels and experiences around the state. The company encourages tourism to the state of Alabama and promotes Alabama business. Since the launch on Jan. 1, 2012, Kynard has received numerous awards for marketing and promotions - Worldwide Who's Who and International Women's Leadership Association.
