Curry Chapel CME Church is a part of The Fifth Episcopal Regional Annual Conference of North Central Alabama of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Connectional Churches and The Huntsville District Conference. Curry Chapel is served by Rev. Carolyn Cole as Pastor In Charge, Rev. Ollie Hatchett, Sr., as Presiding Elder of The Huntsville District, and Bishop Teresa Snorton, First Female Bishop elected to the CME College of Bishop in Mobile, Alabama in June 30, 2010, as Presiding Prelate of the new 11th, Episcopal District and after the death of Bishop W. E. Lockett on March 2011, she was assigned to the Fifth Episcopal. Curry Chapel is a small church striving to be a beacon of light in the Valhermoso Springs community while thriving to save and seek souls for God's Kingdom.
