Before deciding to open his own real estate office, Ward Angle spent years in sales interacting with clients and helping them realize their dreams of making just the right purchase. In 1990 Ward opened Precision Docks at Claytor Lake. As a Shoreline Developer this business afforded him the opportunity to become a Claytor Lake Expert. The business offered their clients pile driving, dock construction, rip rap shoreline erosion control, bulk head seawall construction, sunken boat recovery, and barge/tugboat welding and fabrication of Claytor Lake & Dublin Real Estate. Not only did Ward live at Claytor Lake he was the Founding President of Friends of Claytor Lake. His experience grew even more when he became a member of the Pulaski County Claytor Lake Advisory Committee for matters on Dublin Real Estate. Taking his vast knowledge of the Lake, Ward did an apprenticeship with a local firm to learn more about real estate appraisals. This in turn gave way to the decision of becoming a Realtor. In 1999 he received his real estate license however; he didn't stop there. Wanting to become an expert in the real estate field he received his Broker license in 2005. Since becoming a Realtor, Ward has sat on the Board of Director at the New River Valley Association of Realtors for 3 years and in 2010 was the acting President of the association. As a highly respected member of the community he has coached football and basketball in Pulaski County before becoming the Dublin Middle School Head Football Coach in 2010.
