Providing medicaid waiver group home and day support services to adults who have been diagnosed with intellectual deficits and/or have been dual diagnosed. We also provide Assisted Living Facilities for adults with mental health diagnosis. The newest addition to our services is Mental Health Support. We accept Medicaid waiver recipients and auxiliary grant funding.
