Kathleen Phillips has been a test kitchen professional for Southern Living and Cooking Light cookbooks (Oxmoor House) for 22 years. Her food styling has appeared in numerous magazines such as Coastal Living and Parents magazine, as well as television commercials and billboards. Kathleen started The Occasional Gourmet after many years of prodding from the community to provide the public with her gourmet dishes and is starting her 8th year. Specializing in lunch and dinner menus, she also has an extensive party menu and food gifts menu.
