Established in 1978. Family owned. Opened 1st shop in 1920 supporting Pullman rail cars. Opened 2nd shop in 1950's for custom auto trim and glass. Franchised business in between 1960 - 1970 to seven locations. Sold all to and family moved to Marco Island in 1976. Opened up shop on Marco Island in 1978 to serve marine, hospitality markets, and home upholstery. Sold off home upholstery division in 1991 to focus on Marine, Shade solutions and Outdoor upholstery. Moved more into metal fabrication, acquired contractor's license for Aluminum and concrete started producing shade systems. Marco Canvas are active members in Professional Awning Manufactures Association, Marine Fabricators Association, and International Fabrics Association. Recently released our own line of patented products with trademarks of Nautical Guard and Liberty Structure - A system that allows you to completely cover & uncover your boat, effortlessly and safely in about a minute. 6000 SF facility, with 13 staff & high end tech.
