Lonnys first opened its doors on March 11, 1971 in Oceanside, NY and quickly became the most talked about women's contemporary boutique on Long Island. Mothers and daughters alike, who frequented the stores, often got a chance to chat with Ina and Walter Goldstein, the founders of the business.
