Bob Hild Enterprises started in 1998 in South Carolina. What began as a textile fabrication business soon grew to serving the needs of the trucking industry's demand for tougher tarpaulin fabrics. These fabrics were originally designed for other purposes, not necessarily for tarpaulins. With the added advantage of being textile brokers and being in the industrial textile fabrication business, it was a perfect fit for us to get involved in the developement of fabrics for the tarpaulin industry. Our conveyor belt fabric style #3028 has a tensile strengthof 920 pounds. It's used for asphalt, sand gravel and construction debris. And our fine nylon mesh diaphragm fabric style #2068 has a tensile strength of 650 pounds. We also have coated vinyls and vinyl mesh as well.
