AN EXPERIENCED, HONEST COMPANY Our head mechanic Frank Welch has been doing car work for decades. He has experience both in small shops and large corporations like Wal-Mart. He is ASE certified as well as certified in auto bodywork and is a Dupont certified auto painter. In September of 2006, he became the Carroll County Highway department's head mechanic and kept that job till our shop started growing in march of 2021.
