Sherwood Manufacturing is a Robotic Production Welding company with 12 Fanuc welding robots. We have been in business for over 50 years. Located in the beautiful town of Northport, MI. The volumes we work with are mid-to-high by production standards. The weldments generally range from less than a pound (1 lb) to up to sixty pounds (60 lbs). We have robotic cells, semi-automatic and manual Mig welding capabilities, and assembly capabilities. We also partner with an excellent powder-coat/e-coat facility nearby. Working on various production welding projects we have made hundreds of welding fixtures with Toggle Clamps. Using Toggle Clamps over the years became frustrating and inefficient, so our lead engineer found that their was an easier way.
