Prior to starting UVT Inc., Arthur gained sixteen years' experience working in the industry as Superintendent and Operations Manager overseeing all aspects of underground utilities including water, sewer, gas, and electric. The motivation to start UVT Inc. was to provide clients the highest quality of services and performance at the most reasonable and cost-effective prices.
