Upon review of your preliminary information, Loan Modification Specialists, L.L.C. will set up a no fee/ no obligation consult with one of our affiliated attorneys to review the merits of your potential case and eligibility for loan modification as well as explore other viable strategies to save your home. If the affiliated Attorney feels that you are likely to be awarded a loan modification or that their firm can successfully help you with another approach, then and only then will you have an opportunity to retain the affiliated law firm.
