I have photographed widely in Asia, Europe and Mexico. My personal work typically has had social or historical interests as a primary motivation, especially treatments of mystic places in Japan, China, Mexico, and England. Working in all camera formats, I tend to favor infrared and high-speed B&W films for interpretive images. Doing my own printing and framing are time-consuming, but essential parts of the overall creative process. I learned developed my skills in the course of six years as a commercial photographer in New Mexico and Colorado, doing mostly architectural and product work. As a result I can offer quality photography for other artists who need images for publicity and competitions. I can shoot on location for installed sculptures too.
