The name Synergy comes from the merger of three Northwest Wisconsin cooperatives, Cedar Country Cooperative of Elk Mound, Lakeland Cooperative of Ridgeland, and United Ag Cooperative of Almena. The decision of the merger came with the ability to purchase the product at a more competitive price and with economies of scale. Each and every one of our locations brings unique strengths to the market. With more effective use of operations, trucks, equipment, and buildings we are able to serve all of our customers better. Along with serving our customers, we give more opportunities to our employees in an ever increasing and competitive workplace.
