Nichols Bus has been serving Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1949. The company was founded by "Shorty" Nichols. In 1969, Jim Nichols took over operations. Today, Nichols Bus remains a family business with Jim running the company with help from his daughter, Robyn. Jim's daughter, Ginger, helps with web design and maintenance as well. What started as a single school bus taking children to school in 1949 has grown into a fleet of buses serving the local school district and the community at large. Nichols Bus charters buses to small and large groups from Binghamton, NY to Wilkes-Barre, PA and all points in between. Currently, Nichols Bus advocates for autism awareness. This is an issue very close to the Nichols family, and our charitable efforts are focused in this direction.
