Engineering Construction Services (ECS) is a construction company, incorporated in Tennessee, with strong civil engineering and environmental remediation capabilities. ECS is a certified general contractor licensed in Tennessee and Florida. ECS owns and operates a fleet of over 30 dump trucks and is currently providing engineered fill materials to DOE decontamination sites in Oak Ridge.
