Hello, My name is Joel Bystrom. I began driving for a Taxi company in 2013 but quickly realized that I had ideas about how to enhance the rider experience and make customers feel good.. So, in November of 2013 I created Tip-Top Taxi. Clean, reliable, and with excellent customer service, every time, keeps clients returning. Eventually, I also wanted to have a Limo business to accommodate clients that desire special transportation for special occasions. Now, I’m proud to announce the creation of Tip-Top Limo on June 2, 2015! Tip-Top Limo is able to offer private reservations to meet the needs of all of our future Limo clients in the St. Croix and Pierce WI Counties as well as the MSP Airport and the Twin Cities area.
