Rancho Cicada Retreat is a nature oriented, riverside retreat, nestled in a beautiful canyon along the Cosumnes river in California's gold country. We have been in business for thirty years. From May until the end of September, we offer "luxury camping" with several options for lodging, a full catering service for groups of twenty or more, a huge hot tub under the stars, hiking, fishing and swimming in the wonderful Cosumnes river. We supply all the firewood for a community fire every night and have hammocks under the trees along the river for reading and napping. We specialize in weekend weddings, private group events, birthday parties, family reunions, company workshops and church groups. Our closest neighbor is two miles away. Facility use is exclusive, we do not mix groups.
