A new business, Stones Thoreau will be a whole food system, combining vegetable and fruit production with post harvest canning and distribution. We will work with schools, restaurants, grocery stores to provide the most nutritious fresh and processed local produce available. We will also have a commercial kitchen, used as a venue for special events, and as a business incubator for local entrepreneurs.
