Steve White is a licensed Alaska Master Guide and has been hunting and guiding in these areas for over 30 years. He is a commercial pilot with thousands of hours flying in the Alaska bush. Deshka Wilderness Lodge is a remote wilderness fly-in riverfront fishing lodge located in south central Alaska. The Deshka River is a clear water river flowing from the foothills of the Alaskan range. The Deshka is known for its great runs of Chinook, Coho and Pink Salmon. It also has a great population of Rainbow Trout, plus opportunities for Graying and Northern Pike. We take only a limited number of guests so we can porvide lots of personal service. We have top notch equipment and a premier salmon and trout river out front to use it in. Our rooms are fully furnished with full private baths and electricity 24/7. There are TV's, DVD players and free WiFi in each guest room. Our rooms are what you would expect to find in a city, yet we are miles from the nearest road or town.

We are set on 22 acres surounding a small lake in the middle of Willow on a dead end road. We have 3 cabins which one can not see the next. There is a beach area with firepit and BBQ with picnic table and chairs. A large dock with canoes and paddle boats. Fishing in nearby lakes and streams. In the winter we have some of the best snowmachining in the world right out the front door. We are the Dog Sled Capital of Alaska, with the Iditarod Restart in March the fun never stops. And with over 138 miles of groom trails in the area the exploring new areas never stops! Our cabins can sleep up to 6 with full kitchens and all the things you ever needed.
