Down By The River B and B was started in 2005. We chose the town of Saint David since it was centrally located to many attractions here in Cochise County Arizona. The San Pedro River is one of the best birding areas in the United States with over 400 species migrating through the area during the year. Kartchner Carverns is a live cave that has been operated by the State of AZ over 10 years now and is a pristine cave. Tombstone is nearby and it is known for the famous Shoot out with the Earps and the Clantons. The Apache Indian wars started in Cochise County and the ruins of Fort Bowie are easily reached.
