My name is Dustin Kaplan and I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association holding a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Ohio University. Watching my family members struggle with weight, cardiovascular disease and diabetes has intensified my passion for fitness and health. I aim to help others with similar health concerns discover how fitness can improve the quality of their life.

CrossFit is a broad fitness program that specializes in not specializing. Whether you are looking to get into better shape, an elite athlete or a weekend warrior CrossFit can help make your life better. We have instructor lead, high intensity, group workouts for every age and ability level. We offer better living through movement. We also offer free Basic Introductory Workouts every Saturday at 11:00 am. There is no need to register ahead of time. Simply show up and be ready for a workout. We are located in the east suburbs of Cleveland just off of Miles Road near the 271/480 split. We are minutes away from Beachwood, Solon, Chagrin Falls and Mayfield.
