I will design a fun and effective weight training routine to burn off the calories you don't need. After a month of my weight training programs you will feel better and stronger than you ever thought was possible. All it takes is a positive attitude and the willingness to make the change. Nutrition- When you have a specific goal in mind, you have to understand that nutrition is going to be 70% of that goal. I can help coach you through this process to ensure that you reach your goal on time for the big day. I love to eat myself, so I will share with you all of the recipes and foods that I love.
