Ridgway Yoga Shala blossomed through the grassroots effort and vision of our community’s yoga teachers and students. We joined together in the summer of 2014 to bring yogic love to our community and strive to accommodate all kinds of yogis - from children, to beginners to advanced practitioners - in a safe, beautiful and inspiring environment. We invite you to explore your physical, mental, emotional and soulful being in a grounded and balanced setting. By integrating all aspects of yoga, we begin to live yoga off our mats, shifting energy levels and creating a harmonious community. We feel a deep connection to the relationship between teacher and student, and our passion for teaching is always present. Our teachers have 25+ years of combined teaching experience and we always strive to bring new knowledge and inspiration to every class. By offering a diverse teacher collective, we hope to meet the needs of many styles of practice. We graciously and warmly open our Shala doors to you. Community is at the heart of our mission and we are proud to call Ridgway home.
