My passion for fitness has brought me to the next level---ZUMBA GOLD. I have completed ZUMBA GOLD (merengue, samba, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dance, tango and flamenco). Modifications are available for the active older adult, the beginner participant and other special populations. The ZUMBA GOLD program creates a party like atmosphere.
