Specialties Mu Sool Won specializes in Traditional Korean Martial Arts and Self Defense. Our System incompasses the full spectrum of asian martial arts techniques and weapons. We use hand and foot techniques as well as strikes and kicks, pressure point attacks, grappling and joint locks as well as throws, archery, staff, sword and much more. We also work with "Ki" or vital energy building, meditation and conditioning exercises to keep the body supple and moving with ease. Children, family and adult classes are available.
