A nearby monument and chapel celebrates that historical significance, and is great for photographs. There is also a beautiful historic Dutch windmill here in Smith Center that is very photogenic. Hunters love our motel and continue to stay here every hunting season, since this area of Kansas is one of the best hunting grounds in the USA, and they enjoy using our game cleaning facility to prepare their game birds. When we remodeled, no detail was spared. The workmanship is exceptional. The furniture is solid American-made Traditional cherry wood, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Our suites have two separate rooms, each with televisions, as do some of our double rooms. Free cable channels include HBO, ESPN and 80 more channels of entertainment. All of our rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and air conditioners. Our rates have not been increased despite the costly refurbishing we have done, providing you with the nicest rooms in the area at rates that are very competitive with all other local motels.
