Recreation District #4 was established by the St. Tammany Parish Council in 1981 to maintain and operate the parish owned recreational facilities in Lacombe, La. In 2006 new construction began on a community building to increase participation and programs began. The result is our 12,400 square foot building that includes; restrooms, full service kitchen, gymnasium, office space, and community center rental space.
