I have always maintained a passion for fitness and healthy living while battling my own demons with weight struggles since early childhood. Over the past 30 years, I have remained active in weight training, boxing, dance, and tennis.
Throughout my college years, I was an Assistant Fitness Instructor for a variety of credited group fitness classes. My specializations are in functional personal training which emphasize total body conditioning, strength, core, balance, flexibility and stability training from youth to senior clients.
My main goal is to design proper and safe workout routines that are fun, practical, efficient and effective that will encourage you to “stick to the program” for the long haul. With my knowledge, guidance and motivation, you and I will work together as a team to shape your body, mind and soul into the best version of yourself.
