We cater to the 5 principles of care 1. Medical Monitoring-(LPN and RN on staff to monitor blood pressure and glucose readings) 2. Nutrition Services-(Registered Dietician to provide 2 meals daily plus teach on dietary and health well-being) 3. Social Services-(Licensed Social Worker to provide assistance with Medicare/Medicaid issues and personal state of living) 4. Transportation-(provide transportation to and from facility, doctor's visits (one per month), field trips) 5. Therapeutic Activity-(various games Wii, board games, arts & crafts, sewing, ping-pong,exercise, praise & worship, etc) We encourage a healthy and fulfilling state of being to those in need of socialization, companionship, and care.
