Offering traditional Chinese martial arts training in Taiji Quan and choy li fut styles. We teach in locations throughout the greater Helena Montana area including Townsend, Montana city, Clancy and Boulder. Our instructors have a combined experience spanning 85 years. Classes are highly individualized and are geared toward the students personal growth and development.
