White Mountain Karate opened its doors in March of 2010 in Campton NH. The class began as a children's class of 6 students, and has grown to offer 3 separate classes for children and adults. The goal of the classes is to help increase focus and attention, build internal and external strength, and help students develop a healthy way of life.
