With over 8 years personal training experience, 6 years fitness and sports management experience, and 12 years teaching Physical Education and Health, I bring a varied set of skills and experiences to the table. I am a mom who knows the daily juggling routine, but also puts being healthy first. Because if your not healthy, you can't "do life" as well as you should! My goal is to help my clients achieve their fitness goals, so they can enjoy their daily lives with family,work, school, or play! I provide in home personal training for all ages, youth fitness, home school PE, and boot camp.
