Hilltop House was built for a single stockbroker in 1909. When it was purchased in 1980 by a local builder and his wife, it had been abandoned for 15 years. They decided to turn Hilltop House into a bed and breakfast and has been one now for 30 years. We are the proud new owners since November of 2009. We hired a local interior designer and officially opened in April 2010. There are five guest rooms, three with private baths and two that share a hall bath. The wrap-around porch features a gazebo with beautiful views of the valley. Perfect for reading or visiting with family and friends. The common room boasts a big stone fireplace and chestnut paneling reminiscent of Sagamore Hill. A full country breakfast is served daily with local and organic food. You'll feel right at home!
