Sachem Diving Team is a year round diving program in Long Island, NY and all surrounding areas. The SDT helps young athletes to become the best in the sport of diving, while helping their character development, self-confidence and positive self-image. At SDT , we look forward to this challenging journey as we teach and develop young athletes in our program. We offer various programs by training on the one -meter , three -meter and platform. We also offer High School and collage training. The SDT participates in AAU Diving competition in the regional , national and International level , as well as various invitational.

The SCHL is a ice hockey league that organizes matches at the Rinx and Dix Hills Ice Rinks. Suffolk County Hockey Leagues caters to all skill levels for adults 18 years and older. This league is an official USA Hockey League governed by USA Hockey Rules.

You will be enrolling in the finest dance school on Long Island. We offer classes from basic beginner to a totally complete curriculum for the very serious dancer. The Staff here at Dance Dynamics is carefully chosen by the Owner/Directors of our studio so you can be assured you are receiving nothing but the finest training possible. Our instructors credits are great and varied. They range from National Dance Champions, to Broadway performers. From principal dancers with major Ballet Companies to master degrees in dance education. We do not hinge our reputation on one or two names. All of our instructors are considered masters in their field.
