Classses are both fun and exiting. They are designed to challenge you both mentally and physically. Everything I teach has a real life application in a self defense situation. We teach a wide variety of strikes (punches) and quite a few kicks. This coupled with joint locks, escort techniques, and drills to put it all together to make sense both in the school and on the street. We don't teach acrobatic high flying kicks or throw people across the room. This is a martial art, no tournaments, no shows just stuff that works. As you progress we work on cardio, strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, and speed. This along with careful instruction in technique and mechanics I can make you a capable martial artist with the tools to defend yourself.
