"The Plex" is located in downtown Sayville, just minutes from the LIE, Southern State Parkway, and Sunrise Hwy. We offer a wide variety of programs, so our indoor sports facility has something to offer the entire family. We pride ourselves on helping our community with the ability to be active, get healthy and fit, and develop as athletes and individuals. As our athletes continue to participate in our programs, they also develop into young adults. You will notice changes on and off the field; things that can't be seen on a scoreboard. Each child that plays in a Plex league, clinic, or camp has an opportunity to grown as an athlete and as a person.
