Welcome to Island Water Shuttle. We offer a private water shuttle service to the main waterfront attractions on the Roanoke Sound such as Pirate’s Cove, Wanchese Harbor, Manteo Waterfront. Our tours also include hidden gems, like Banana Island which is a secluded sand island north east of Manteo.
