Having found yoga in a body that already had fibromyalgia proved to me that yoga can be assessable for all to receive the benefits that yoga has to offer. Free Spirit offers mixed level beginners and advanced beginners yoga on Monday evenings, HeavyWeight Yoga created by the nationally know Abby Lentz from Austin, Texas on Wednesday evenings and Chair Yoga on Friday mornings. We are also offering Special Event Yoga each month like restorative yoga, yoga hikes/walks, guest speakers/workshops and much more. Look for Open House on Friday evening once every six weeks and Open Studio time on Wednesday morns from 10-11:30 at these times you are welcomed to come into the studio to visit, see studio, meet me, ask questions and shop our high quality Hugger, beginning Sept. 17th, 2012.
