We are an organization dedicated to learning how to apply the concepts we learn in class to life. We practice Northern Shaolin, Baguazhang, & Taijiquan. We concentrate on real applications in addition to the aesthetics of body, mind, & spirit. Through practice we strive to improve ourselves and those around us. We learn the physical side of martial arts & self-defense applications, & gain exposure to the philosophical, cultural and historical background of Kung Fu. It is a school where one is challenged to grow physically, intellectually & spiritually in order to build confidence, learn to manage difficult situations & deal with conflict. Da ShiFu Marc Black, has knowledgeable, decades of teaching experience. His integrity guides us.
