Here at Achilles Mind & Body we offer virtual personal training and nutrition guidance. As a member of Team Achilles you will have a Certified Personal Trainer & Coach (Sean) develop a workout plan and a nutrition menu that will be tailored to your needs. We offer a community of support and guidance. You can use our site and/or app (we call it our Wellness Hub)as your primary source of wellness, or you can use this as an add on to your current gym membership. Rather than spending tons of money on a Personal Trainer to follow you around the gym or come to your home, you can join Team Achilles and get a WEEKLY training schedule & diet plan that you can take with you to the gym or do at home, a park - anywhere you want. Your coach will track your progress, weight, measurements, calorie intake, etc. Everything will be at your fingertips in one place for one low price. Once you become a Team Achilles Member, you will receive a username and password that gives you access to your personal Wellness Hub.
