Alexandra is an internationally recognized, osteopath who holds to Andrew T.S (the founder of osteopathy) strong philosophy that the body has self-healing mechanism. She is also a Pilates teacher, taught by Joseph Pilates' protege Romana Kryzanowska. Alexandra has been treating and teaching with a combine experience of over 20 years. She combined osteopathy and pilates in her clinic/studio in East Grand Rapids. My passion is health and empowering people to be the strongest version of themselves. Alexandra studied Sport Science at Durham University in the UK.
