Ben Wood was the 70th Honda Motorcycle Dealer in the United States. Ben was involved with a TEAM BEN'S HONDA from 1960 -1966 wher he and his team consisted of Larry Gaus, Carl Crandall, and many others. The team raced at the Daytona 500 winning awards for the 2nd fastest Honda Motorcycle and 3rd fasted Norton. Since then he opened up Ben's Honda Quincy IL and sold that to Gus Treader, former owner of TNT. Ben also had a Honda motorcle dealership in Fairfield Iowa and sold it to Larry Gaus. Ben Started selling used cars and Motorhomes in 1973. Ben sold top brands such as Hop Cap, Cruise Air, Four Winds, Swinger, and others. Ben is a veteran of the Korean War and graduated from Culver Stockton College with a BS degree in 1955. He has been married to his wife Delores for 56 years.
