With forty-five plus years of success behind the name "Madisonville Marine" he has set the precedent of customer service and loyalty. In 2003 Joe Speciale partnered with Steve at Madisonville Marine. Joe owns Rhea Harbor Marina, on Watts Barr Lake, another local and successful marine business. He and Steve have been long time friends with the same goal in mind. So when he was asked to join Madisonville Marine as a partner he saw it as a chance to work with a friend and businessman in building the best dealership around.
