Wayne & Debbie Brady, along with their family and staff have been serving Shawano, Menominee, Waupaca and Outagamie Counties for over 30 years. Wayne started working for a local plumber after graduating high school and, due to that business liquidating; he decided to venture out on his own in 1989. The rest is our history…… He started out small, obtaining his licenses to do perc testing and septic pumping, with his wife Debbie and daughter Andriea working in the office. He then obtained his Master Plumber Restricted Sewer license-one of the highest certifications obtainable in the field, added a few staff members and started installing all types of residential and commercial septic systems and doing well hookups and repairs as well as continuing with perc testing and septic pumping. With their son Beau in high school, Wayne and Debbie are hoping that he continues to show interest and that the family business will continue on for years to come. We’ve come to grow into one of the most well-known Septic and Well Service businesses in the area. Our staff members are certified, licensed, trained and educated in the field each member specializes in. We continue to educate our employees to assure you the best service possible, in a highly professional manner.
